February 1st, 2012Apparently there are about 200 kids who have not sent in their paperwork yet, and they need to do that. So go to this link and download the parent and camper medical forms and copies, front and back, of the camper’s medical insurance cards. They need to be filled out, signed, and submitted via fax or email. If you guys don’t do this it will cut into your riding time at Woodward, so make sure you do it!
